It meant a lot to me receiving this award as I did my foundation and degree at St Martins (now CSM) and all these years later it was so great to be recognised by my old university. I had to make an address to the brilliant 2019 graduates and their family is was super nerve wracking, but I managed and had a wonderful day. When I was at St Martin's graduations had been stopped and so getting all dressed up in UAL purple felt like I had a double graduation.
